Nintendo’s Twitter News Bomb

Yesterday night, Nintendo did a large, impromptu news bomb. This confirmed some rumors, announced a new game, and finally gave a release date to a new feature. However, not much elaboration was given to any of these items, so we are still very much in the dark.

Nintendo Switch Online

The online Nintendo Switch service is set to release in September of this year. While this may seem realistic, you have to take into account all the delays that Breath of the Wild went through.

Mario Kart Tour

Mario Kart Tour will be the Mario Kart game for mobile devices.We know that it will release before March 2019, but no idea when in that range.

Mario Movie

Mario is going to be heading back into the movie scene, 25 years after the horrendous live action movie. But, this movie is being made by Illumination, the studio that made Minions and Sing. While this may seem troubling, Shigeru Miyamoto will be a producer on the movie, and he is protective of his properties.
