Mystery Science Theater 3000 Trailer

In the not too distant future, Mystery Science Theater 3000 is going to be back with a new season on Netflix. This series is going to be back for Season 11 thanks to the most successful Television Kickstarter. To build up hype for the new series, the newest trailer has been released. This gives fans a basic understanding of how our new host, Jonah Heston, played by Jonah Ray, meets Tom Servo, Crow, and Gypsy. The events are enacted by Kinga Forrester (Felicia Day) and TV’s Son of TV’s Frank (Patton Oswalt) who Kidnap Jonah, and force him to watch movies on the dark side of the moon. This does keep up the timeline from the original show, as the Satellite of Love was destroyed. However because Jonah’s in the moon and not a ship, will he be able to determine when the movies begin or end?

One of the other interesting things we learn from the trailer is that Crow and Tom Servo aren’t confined to just their seats anymore, as we see Tom flying in the air and Crow dancing while the one confirmed movie, Reptilicus, plays in the background. This definitely looks like everything that fans wanted, and more. But I’ll have to hold judgement for that until next Sunday AD, well actually until April 14th, but same idea.
