Doomsday Clock #6 finally explained the origins of the mysterious Mime and Marionette, as well as bringing up reactions from super villains to the Supermen theory. So, how did this issue bring up stories about the overall series so far? And be warned, this article will have spoilers.

How will Mime and Marionette deal with Joker?

At the end of the issue, we see Joker, with Batman in tow, joining up with Mime and Marionette again. From there Mime and Marionette say they’ll use Comedian to find Dr. Manhattan. But with Joker in tow, he’ll obviously want some of Manhattan’s power for himself, or just use it to screw with some people. But Mime and Marionette have shown to be very lethal when necessary, so they might just be using him as back up against Gotham’s other criminals.

What will happen to Batman?

Joker has actually managed to capture Batman, but what will he do? The Joker’s an insane man, so what could happen is limitless, but if anything starts to involve Dr. Manhattan, it could become very similar to Emperor Joker very fast.

Who is Agent #F143–1986?

After the issue ends and we inspect Typhoon’s government tab, we learn that he was instrumental in recruiting a very useful Agent #F143–1986. This agent has also kept Typhoon focused, but we don’t know anything else. This agent could be instrumental to see how the Supermen theory will continue to affect heroes and villains, especially if they turn out to be a famous character, unlike the already revealed agents.

Will there be a war against Kahndaq?

In the midst of this Supermen theory, Black Adam has been offering refuge in Kahndaq. But with this, not only is the government suspicious of a villain opening up a country, as well as villains who don’t want to be part of this new country. So, with tensions running high, could we see a war from outsiders attacking the supposed superhero safe haven of Kahndaq? Could we even see a team up between the governments and the villains? These cards are starting to fall into place so that could end up happening.
